1. Order Processing & Availability
Orders are processed after confirmation. Some products may be sourced specifically upon customer order and are subject to supplier availability. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be contacted to propose an alternative product or to cancel the order.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is made using Cash on Delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Installation Services
Installation services are not included unless explicitly selected. Installation pricing may vary depending on location, site conditions, and system requirements. Final installation details and pricing will be confirmed with the customer before delivery.
4. System Compatibility
The customer is responsible for ensuring compatibility between purchased products and existing systems, including NVRs, network infrastructure, and storage devices. Customers are encouraged to contact us prior to placing an order if they are unsure about compatibility.
5. Order Confirmation & Communication
After placing an order, customers may be contacted via WhatsApp or phone to confirm order details, installation requirements, and delivery arrangements. Order processing begins after confirmation.
6. Delivery & Delays
Delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary due to supplier availability or logistical factors. We will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of any significant delays.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders that have been confirmed and sourced from suppliers may not be eligible for cancellation. Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
8. Liability
We strive to provide accurate product information. However, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or system incompatibility resulting from improper installation or misuse of products.
9. Governing Law
All contractual relationships and disputes shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Lebanon.
